The Today’s Gourmet series aired for 3 seasons (1991 – 1993) capturing Jacques cooking skills and menu creation, and also his sensibilities and values as a chef. In these full-length episodes, presented by the Jacques Pépin Foundation, courtesy of KQED, you’ll see Jacques cooking with his mother, Alice Waters, his lifelong friend Jean-Claude, his daughter Claudine and more.
