Cooking With A Special Friend
A relaxed family meal begins with a light version of Gratin of Ziti and Vegetables—less pasta and lots of vegetables! Next, Chicken Chasseur or ‘hunters chicken’, full of onions, tomatoes, garlic and mushrooms, shares the plate with Dried Lima Bean Puree, a dish ready to absorb the juices from the succulent chicken. White Peach and Walnut Tart ends the meal.
