Volume 2 of the JPF Video Recipe Book is Now Available

The JPF is proud to announce the release of Volume 2 of our Video Recipe Book, Cook with Jacques Pépin & Friends. As a JPF Member, you receive access to 50 new recipes from chefs across the country including Marcus Samuelsson, Ingrid Hoffmann, Michael Voltaggio, Rick Bayless, Antonia Lofaso, Michael Symon, Carla Hall, Diego Galicia, Traci Des Jardins, and, of course, Jacques Pépin.

2020 Aid Campaign

For our 2020 Relief Campaign, we have extended our offering of prints of Jacques’ artwork to the end of the year. A limited number of hand-signed prints are available on request by email. The need of our country’s under-served citizens, and now restaurant workers is greater than ever. Please help us support our community kitchen partners, fighting on the front lines of hunger relief.

We are deeply disappointed that the current health crisis demanded that we cancel our principle annual fund-raiser. As in past years, it would have been a glorious evening of fraternity, camaraderie, and support for culinary training and the industry we love. Friends including Rachel Ray, Jose Andres, Andrew Zimmern, Carla hall, Ming Tsai, Gail Simmons, Tom Colicchio, Patrick O’Connell, Sara Moulton, Justin Chapple and many more were slated to help us celebrate the work of the JPF. We hope to see them all next year on April 8, 2021.

10th Anniversary Julia Child Award Dinner

This is the fourth event in a cross-country series taking place throughout 2024 and celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Julia Child Award in past recipients’ hometowns. The series will raise critical funds for the Smithsonian Food History Project at the National Museum of American History. Menu Curated by Chefs Renée Touponce, Kinsler Josaime, and Jacques Torres.
