Live Techniques Demonstration with Jacques and Claudine

This year, in lieu of our in-person fund-raising event, the JPF hosted an on-line culinary demonstration by Jacques and Claudine from his home in Madison, CT. The hour long show featured demonstration of great techniques including knife skills, deboning a chicken for a galantine, and Jacques’ signature butter rose.

Live Techniques Demonstration with Jacques and Claudine

This year, in lieu of our in-person fund-raising event, the JPF hosted an on-line culinary demonstration by Jacques and Claudine from his home in Madison, CT. The hour long show featured demonstration of great techniques including knife skills, deboning a chicken for a galantine, and Jacques’ signature butter rose. The evening was full of Jacques and Claudine’s typical joie de vivre and banter. Three hundred friends and guests tuned in, helping the JPF to raise over $150,000 toward our programs in 2021.

This fall, we plan to do it again, with Live Techniques 2.0 on November 19. Hope you can join us for the fun and support improved lives through culinary education!
