This year, in lieu of our in-person fund-raising event, the JPF hosted an online culinary demonstration by Jacques and Claudine from his home in Madison, CT on May 14, 2021. The hour-long show featured demonstration of great techniques including knife skills, deboning a chicken for a galantine, and Jacques’ signature butter rose.
