The Jacques Pépin Foundation hosted another hour-long online culinary demonstration by Jacques and Claudine from his home in Madison, CT on Friday, November 19, 2021. The show included classic techniques and knife skills, egg dishes, vegetable decorations, making mayonnaise from scratch, and boning out a fish. JPF Members may access the recording here.
