Culinary Demonstration – Hot Bread Kitchen, NYC

August 19, 2022

Jacques joined students, staff and alumni at Hot Bread Kitchen in August to share his expertise with a hands-on cooking lesson. The group made crêpes and pate-a-choux and then raised a glass of Champagne together during a book signing.

2022 Posters Now Available

May 10, 2022

Artist-quality prints of Jacques’ painting “Vivid Buffet” are now available for a donation benefiting the JPF. This year’s posters help celebrate the JPF’s 5th Anniversary, and feature Jacques’ distinctive abstract style. These museum-quality posters are made on thick and durable matte paper and available in two colors (ochre and blue).

The JPF was thrilled to be back in person for the 5th Anniversary Celebration at The Yale Club of New York City. Surrounded by long-time supporters and new JPF Members, the room was filled with warmth and joy in support of our mission to improve lives through culinary education.
