On January 27, 2022, Jacques appeared as a guest on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.” He made a French omelette with Jimmy and Questlove, demonstrating his signature technique, while highlighting his forthcoming book, The Art of the Chicken: A Master Chef’s Recipes and Stories of the Humble Bird.
On February 1, 2022, a group of JPF Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine Members attended our first Coffee with the Executive Director, a Zoom conversation with Rollie Wesen that provided attendees with a preview of the content of our 2021 Annual Report, due to release on our website at the end of this month.

The JPF is partnering with Rouxbe Online Culinary School to provide an online course: Jacques Pépin, A Legacy of Technique. The course offers fans and aspiring cooks the opportunity to learn to cook more like Jacques, and even earn a college credited certificate!

Just in time for the holidays, The JPF released “Cook with Jacques Pépin & Friends: Volume 3” on Giving Tuesday. What started as a pandemic pivot to enrich lives and strengthen communities through culinary education has grown into a recurring series.
