Jacques Appears on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon”

On January 27, 2022, Jacques appeared as a guest on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.” He made a French omelette with Jimmy and Questlove, demonstrating his signature technique, while highlighting his forthcoming book, The Art of the Chicken: A Master Chef’s Recipes and Stories of the Humble Bird.

Executive Director Previews the Annual Report

On February 1, 2022, a group of JPF Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine Members attended our first Coffee with the Executive Director, a Zoom conversation with Rollie Wesen that provided attendees with a preview of the content of our 2021 Annual Report, due to release on our website at the end of this month.
