Jacques joined students, staff and alumni at Hot Bread Kitchen in August to share his expertise with a hands-on cooking lesson. The group made crêpes and pate-a-choux and then raised a glass of Champagne together during a book signing.
Jacques’ lesson with the students will be available to stream online, but in the meantime, you can become a JPF Member to view over 160 other cooking videos from Jacques and other chefs, including a new video coming in Volume 4 from Hot Bread Kitchen’s culinary instructor Chef Taylor Stevens.
