We are deeply disappointed that the current health crisis demanded that we cancel our principle annual fund-raiser. As in past years, it would have been a glorious evening of fraternity, camaraderie, and support for culinary training and the industry we love. Friends including Rachel Ray, Jose Andres, Andrew Zimmern, Carla hall, Ming Tsai, Gail Simmons, Tom Colicchio, Patrick O’Connell, Sara Moulton, Justin Chapple and many more were slated to help us celebrate the work of the JPF. We hope to see them all next year on April 8, 2021.

Harvest Tribute and Installation at Stone Acres Farm, Stonington, CT

On Site at Forge City Works

August 13, 2019

On August 2nd and 3rd Jacques and the JPF were with the Forge City Works in Hartford, teaching a class for their culinary training program and hosting a fund-raiser. The class was a hands-on opportunity with the master to learn a variety of techniques from whipping egg whites, to fundamental knife skills, to peeling shrimp and filleting flatfish such as dover sole. The class was caught on camera and will become part of the JPF Video Library.

Charity Beneficiary in Aspen

F&W’s Grow for Good Campaign commits a portion of the ticket sales to the charity beneficiaries and includes an exclusive gift bag and an invitation to a special wine tasting and food pairing seminar hosted by Josh Wesson. In addition, the JPF is hosting an on-line silent auction featuring exclusive experiences with celebrity chefs and Jacques Pepin.
