Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 16, 2026

The Jacques Pépin Foundation is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities.

Accessibility Goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, across the content we publish, including pages, PDFs, images, forms, navigation, and video. Some content may not yet meet this goal, and we are reviewing our public content and addressing barriers as we find them.

Video Captions

We are adding closed captions to videos that lack them. For newly published videos, we work to provide captions and transcripts when the videos are published. We are working through our existing library on a prioritized schedule, starting with our most-viewed and most business-critical videos.

Third-Party Content

Some content on our site is provided by or linked from other organizations, and we don’t always control its accessibility. If you encounter a barrier there, let us know and we will work with you to find an alternative.

Requesting Accessible Content or Giving Feedback

If you have trouble accessing any content on our site, or want to share feedback on accessibility, please contact us at info@jp.foundation. Tell us which content or page you need, the problem you’re having, and the format that would work best for you (for example, captions, a transcript, an accessible document, or a text description). We will respond within 2 business days and work with you to provide an accessible way to access the content.

This statement will be reviewed and updated as our remediation work progresses.
