Celebrating Our Cause, Sustaining Our Work

Our fundraising efforts are directed toward existing organizations. When we co-host events, such as prior collaborative efforts with FareStart, NECAT, Rhode Island Food Bank, and Boston University, a majority of the funds raised go directly to our partner. We are proud to support the great work that is being done in communities all across our nation.

Celebrate Jacques’ 90th Birthday Nationwide

Chill the Champagne and stock up on birthday candles, because Jacques Pépin is going to turn 90 next year! That’s something to commemorate in and of itself, but at the Jacques Pépin Foundation we’re planning to celebrate both the man and the mission of the JPF.

Announcing Our 2025 Memorial Grant Awardees

It is our great pleasure to announce that the JPF has selected two graduates of JPF-supported culinary training programs to receive a 2025 JPF Memorial Grant of $5,000 each to continue their culinary journeys. Congratulations to the winners and their respective programs.

Hard Work and Perseverance Pays Off at Grantee Graduation

On Friday June 6th, Director of Grants and Membership Jennifer Quigley-Harris joined Chef Jesse Perez, Chef Claude-Olivier and other staff of The Salvation Army Boston Kroc Center to celebrate their Spring 2025 Culinary Training Program Graduates. We applaud The Salvation Army Boston Kroc Center’s Culinary Training graduates, and all of the participants of the training programs supported by the JPF.

Announcing 17 Community Kitchens to Each Receive a $10,000 JPF Grant

The Jacques Pépin Foundation is delighted to announce our first round of 2025 Principal Grant awardees. We are honored to partner with these community-based culinary training programs, and excited to see how far their graduates will go! We are also deeply grateful to our Grants Review Committee volunteers. The time they spent reading and providing feedback on the dozens of proposals we received is vital to the success of the JPF’s mission to spread culinary education.
