Just in time for the holidays, The JPF released “Cook with Jacques Pépin & Friends: Volume 3” on Giving Tuesday (November 30, 2021). What started as a pandemic pivot to enrich lives and strengthen communities through culinary education has grown into a recurring series. This Video Recipe Book is available to all members of the JPF and membership starts at just $40 per year.

The third volume of “Cook with Jacques Pépin & Friends” features instructional videos alongside written, printable recipes from acclaimed chefs such as Dominique Ansel, Giada De Laurentiis, JJ Johnson, Melissa King, Molly Baz, Martin Yan, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Katie Button, and Vikas Khanna, renowned fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi, jazz musician John Pizzarelli and, of course, Jacques Pépin himself.

New to this volume is the JPF’s partnership with Chicory, who is powering several recipes with its signature “Get Ingredients” button. These recipes can be activated with just a click, allowing members to order ingredients to cook alongside the Video Recipe Book. Pending regional availability, same-day delivery is available. The JPF has also partnered with YourWineStore, the online wine retailer that makes discovering great wines simple, to deliver recommended wines on a selection of recipes. The wine pairings on each recipe page link directly to YourWineStore, giving members an easy and seamless way to have the wines delivered straight to their home.

“We never could have predicted the overwhelmingly positive response we’ve received to cooking videos of Jacques and the rest of our generous Video Recipe Book contributors, and are thrilled to enhance this volume with even more ways to bring the on-screen cooking experience to life,” said Rollie Wesen, Executive Director of the Jacques Pépin Foundation. “Our partners are directly contributing to supporting our mission of helping community kitchens across the US to allow more people access to culinary education.”

Volume 3 of the Video Recipe Book is available to all JPF members, along with access to Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, which totals over 150 video recipes in the library ranging from cocktails to sweets. You can search by keyword, save and print your favorite recipes, or binge watch the whole book. Membership (starting at $40 per year) directly supports community-based culinary training programs nationwide that provide pathways to individual empowerment, better health, and employment.
