For the 2021 holiday season, the JPF partnered with Woodford Reserve and Jacques Torres Chocolate on a limited-edition signature box of 12 bonbons.
Chef Jacques Torres created a deliciously smooth and silky ganache using the flavorful pairing of 60% Dark Belgian chocolate with Woodford Reserve® Double Oaked. The dark chocolate has floral and vanilla notes that complemented the bourbon’s dark caramel, nutty, and spice notes.
Every bonbon purchase included a year-long Membership to the JPF at the Commis level ($40 value). JPF Members receive full access to Cook with Jacques Pépin & Friends Video Recipe Book, featuring 150 recipes and accompanying videos from renowned chefs, including Jacques Pépin, with 50 new recipes that launched in Volume 3 on November 30.
