How are you celebrating Jacques' 90th birthday?

Guests at a dinner party raising their glasses in a toast

I’ll be shaking the pans and shaping the dough for 90/90 in November at The Bake Shop at Red Wagon Plants in Hinesburg, VT with owner Julie Rubaud, my co-baker Carey Nershi, and cookbook author and podcast host Molly Stevens. Once the pace slows, but before the leaves have turned in the Green Mountain State, we will get together and sort out just what our celebration will look and taste like—we’re thinking individual portions of Maman’s Apple Tart will have to be on the menu!

Just like Jacques (and Amy), you can make your gathering feel effortless and welcoming. Whether it's an intimate dinner for four or a lively kitchen full of friends, your celebration will directly support the Jacques Pépin Foundation's mission to provide hands-on culinary training and career development for people embracing a new chapter in their lives.
