In late April, the Jacques Pépin Foundation collaborated with FareStart in Seattle for a momentous fund-raising dinner and auction. The event generated a staggering $270,000!

The JPF is thrilled to have had the opportunity to support FareStart’s efforts to help economically disadvantaged adults reclaim their lives through culinary training. You can read more about FareStart here.

The dinner was extraordinary, featuring courses from Chefs Roland Passot, Shaun McCrain, John Sundstrom, Philip Tessier, Tom Douglas, Holly Smith, Junko Mine and Thierry Rautereau and wines from Buty Winery, Chateau Ste Michelle, Roza Hills Vineyard, and Brian Carter Cellars.
